The effects of the coronavirus are all about perspective. If you are sick, then it might be perceived as a bad thing. If you are a dog who lives with people that normally leave everyday, it is probably a best case scenario.
If you are a big indoor person, this is THE prime-time for you. If you’re an outdoorsy type, maybe not so much of a positive. But, no matter who you are, or where you are, there is definitely something fun for you to do! I am going to help boost your week of weekends to the next level of fun! The fun activities are going to be classified by the amount of siblings they would be most enjoyable with. And yes, some of the items will repeat. I hope you make the best out of your days off!

- Read, read, read! I might sound like a librarian, but reading is fun. Reading stimulates your brain, and it can help you reduce stress. If you don’t know what to read, check out this link: 10 Quality Reads to Cure Boredom
- Solve a Puzzle. Puzzles are really challenging, but once you finish, you will be very proud of yourself! Here is a great Online Puzzle site
- Play a board game. Board games can help you develop plenty of real life skills, plus you get the chance to beat your forever rival. To see some great board games, Click Here
- Movie Night! You and your brother or sister can pick a movie, get your snacks, and have a great time! Here are some great movies, as recommended by Rotten Tomatoes.
- Play catch. You might not be a big sports person, but getting outside and tossing the baseball or the football, or even a hacky sack. Catch can help you boost your confidence, so when it’s your turn in the big game, you’ll know what to do.
- Go exploring! Get out into the great wilderness! Get dirty, get a few scratches, come back with bee stings! Those are the types of things that everybody should experience at least once. You could even build a fort, or furnish a cave!
- Classic Outdoor Games. We all know the most classic outdoor games. Hide and Seek, Kick the Can, etc. Now prepare to have your mind blown. Here are some really cool, new school games you can play outside with three or more people: Infection, Man Hunt, Flashlight Tag, Nerf Wars, or you could even make up your own challenges and switch the rules to the Amazing Race!
