Where can you start?

The family table. Plan an intentional family dinner once a week.
Now, don’t roll your eyes and say, “Conni, we don’t have time for that!” I get it. Life is busy… but find time! You can!
Hear me out: It doesn’t have to be fancy! Far from it! Frozen pizza, call Door Dash, waffles or dessert for dinner totally counts.
Create a safe dinner space for everyone to just be themselves. Be intentional

- FOOD! Teens are always hungry and will eat anything.
- YOU! Just show up! Your teens really want you at the table.
- ONE RULE: Screens are NOT invited to the table!
Results!
- Real connection: trust, inside jokes, even surviving Dad jokes.
- Mental health boost: lower stress, less anxiety.
- Simply slowing life down
